About Us —

Crest is a Texas based Home Health and Hospice agency. The company’s roots started in 1988 when M.A. Govender founded Sunrise Home Health and Sunrise Primary Care in North Texas. The local Crest team is proud to carry on the family legacy by providing exceptional patient care while embracing our founders values.

We deliver the care the patient needs whether that’s a few times a week or 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with holidays included.

MyCrestCare eliminates the confusion and red tape that can sometimes slow down the process of choosing care options. We analyze and present straight forward information to help all those involved in patient care choose the best options for the patient.

Compassionate, considerate and expert care was what the agency was founded on.

A care plan that addresses current needs while anticipating future care options.

Our mission at MyCrestCare is to help each client navigate the many choices available in healthcare to find the solutions that best accommodate our clients’ needs at every step of the care continuum.

We make it our priority to personalize each patient’s care by providing experienced local staff and a care plan that addresses current needs while anticipating future care options.
